Momin Ali

Momin Ali is the Chief Executive Officer of LD Logic. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and brings more than six years of experience supporting and leading large-scale technology implementations for federal agencies.

His background combines enterprise technology, digital modernization, data analytics, and software development. Momin has worked extensively with ServiceNow, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Oracle E-Business Suite, along with Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Power Automate, and the Power Platform. This experience includes enterprise system implementations, portal and workflow development, process automation, data visualization, and the coordination of complex initiatives across technical teams, business stakeholders, and organizational leadership.

Beyond technology implementation, Momin brings experience in program delivery, organizational change management, and engineering and emerging technology initiatives. He has supported programs across NIH, HHS, DOW, and USPS, helping translate mission and operational requirements into practical technology solutions while guiding initiatives from planning and stakeholder alignment through implementation and delivery.

Mutahara Mobashar is the President of LD Logic and a United States Air Force veteran. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Alabama and brings more than two decades of experience supporting federal programs, operations, research, and mission-focused service delivery.

Her background combines program and operations management, research and information services, data analysis, process improvement, workforce leadership, and training. Mutahara has led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated program requirements, developed operational procedures and reporting, managed performance metrics, conducted research, and implemented workflow improvements across federal and public-sector environments.

Throughout her career, Mutahara has supported federal agencies and organizations including DOD, EPA, LOC, and USAF. Her experience has included technical and research support, program coordination, operational reporting, training, team supervision, and support to senior leadership and mission operations. Across these roles, she has combined research, data, operational leadership, and stakeholder coordination to improve processes, strengthen service delivery, and support organizational objectives.
